In the evening, after cleansing and toner, gently pat an appropriate amount over the face. For the first two weeks, use it two to three times a week; once your skin feels comfortable, increase to every other evening or nightly.

Avoid the eye area, lips and any broken or irritated skin. Follow with moisturizer, and apply sunscreen every morning while using this product.
