Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Seoulistic cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
