Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Promotional or complimentary products

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at seoulistic@thenxc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Seoulistic cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 510 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
