Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products available at Seoulistic are 100% authentic and sourced through trusted Korean brands, official partners, or authorized distributors.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.  

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $65.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer samples?

Samples may be included with eligible orders when available. Sample availability may vary by order and promotion period.
