Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During new launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Canada
Ontario & Quebec — Standard: 3–5 Business Days / Express: 1–2 Business Days
Western Canada — Standard: 3–5 Business Days
Atlantic Canada — Standard: 3–5 Business Days
Northern Canada — Rates and transit times are calculated by Canada Post at checkout

United States
Standard International — 3–5 Business Days
Express International — 1–2 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

 

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over CAD $65 within Canada, and over USD $99 to the United States (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Seoulistic is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
