Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During new launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates — Canada

All amounts are in CAD.

• Ontario & Quebec — Standard: CAD $9.99. Free on orders of CAD $59 or more.
• Western Canada (AB, BC, MB, SK) — Standard: CAD $9.99. Free on orders of CAD $59 or more.
• Atlantic Canada (NB, NL, NS, PE) — Standard: CAD $9.99. Free on orders of CAD $59 or more.
• Northern Canada (NT, NU, YT) and carrier-designated remote areas — calculated at actual carrier rates at checkout. Not eligible for free shipping.

The free shipping threshold is based on your product subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Items that ship directly from Korea are shipped as a separate parcel: Standard CAD $9.99, free when your order subtotal is CAD $79 or more (not available to Northern Canada). Korea parcels shipped to Canada are delivered duties paid: Seoulistic is the importer of record and pays the duties and import taxes, so there are no customs fees or surprise charges at delivery. GST/HST is charged at checkout. Korea-shipped items are not eligible for the Buy 2+ 5% offer. The CAD $59 and CAD $79 thresholds are based on your combined order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Shipping for each parcel is shown separately at checkout.

 

Shipping Rates — United States

All amounts are in USD.

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of US$99 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
• Ships from Canada — Orders under US$99: shipping rates calculated at checkout.
• Ships from Korea — Orders under US$99: US$20 flat-rate shipping.

The US$99 threshold is based on your combined product subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and import-related fees do not count toward the threshold.
If your order includes items that ship from Canada and items that ship from Korea, they are sent as separate parcels. When your combined subtotal is US$99 or more, standard shipping is free for both parcels. Below US$99, shipping for each parcel is shown separately at checkout and added together.
Items that ship from Korea are currently available for delivery to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees — United States

U.S. orders shipped from Canada or South Korea may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the recipient’s responsibility. SEOUListic does not cover or reimburse these charges. Free shipping applies to standard shipping charges only and does not include duties, import taxes, or customs-related fees.

 

Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Canada
Ontario & Quebec — Standard: 3–5 Business Days
Western Canada — Standard: 3–5 Business Days
Atlantic Canada — Standard: 3–5 Business Days
Northern Canada — Transit times are calculated by the carrier at checkout

United States
Ships from Canada — the carrier's estimated delivery time is shown at checkout
Ships from Korea — items are prepared and dispatched from Korea separately. The expected dispatch time is shown on each product page; delivery time after dispatch is additional

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Seoulistic is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
