After cleansing and toning, unfold the sheet and apply it to the face, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave on for 10–15 minutes.

Remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence into skin. Each sheet is single-use.

• Press the leftover essence from the pouch onto your neck and the backs of your hands so nothing goes to waste.
