Saturate a cotton pad with the cleansing water and gently sweep it across the face to remove makeup and impurities. For eye makeup or longer-wearing products, close your eyes and hold the saturated pad against the area for a few seconds before wiping gently.

Rinsing is optional. When double cleansing, follow with a water-based cleanser, then continue with the rest of your skincare routine.
