After cleansing, take the mask out of the pouch, remove the protective film and unfold the sheet. Line it up with your eyes and mouth, then smooth it evenly over the face so it sits flat against the skin.

Leave the mask on for 10–20 minutes, then remove it. Gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until it is fully absorbed, then continue with the rest of your routine.

• Remove the sheet within the 20-minute window rather than waiting for it to dry out on the skin.
