Ginseng root water stands in for plain water at the top of the formula, joined by ginseng root, berry, and callus culture extracts and a ginseng root ferment filtrate for antioxidant care. Niacinamide works on the look of dullness and supports oil–moisture balance, while Sodium Hyaluronate, Glycerin, and Panthenol hold water in the skin. The result is traditional Korean ginseng care in a modern first treatment layer — watery, non-sticky, and generous enough at 150 mL to layer freely or use as a hydrating toner every day.

After cleansing, press a few drops into the face and neck with clean hands until absorbed — or sweep outward with a cotton pad for a fresher, more traditional toner step. Layer once more on areas that feel dry, dull, or tight.

Follow with serum and moisturizer, and sunscreen in the daytime. Use morning and evening.
