After cleansing, prepare the skin with toner. Unfold the sheet and lay it evenly over the face, smoothing it outward from the centre so it sits flat, and avoiding the eye and lip areas.

Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove the sheet and pat the remaining essence into the skin until it absorbs. No rinsing needed. Follow with the rest of your routine, sealing with a moisturizer if your skin is very dry.
