FOR LAYERED HYDRATION

1. Apply one thin layer using clean hands.
2. Allow the toner to absorb partially.
3. Apply a second light layer to areas that feel dry, dull, or uneven.
4. Seal in the hydration with serum and moisturizer.

AS A MINI TONER MASK

1. Saturate thin cotton pads with the toner.
2. Place them over areas that feel dry or need additional makeup preparation.
3. Leave on briefly, removing the pads before they begin to dry.
